Nous espérons que vous êtes satisfaits de vos achats, mais nous sommes conscients qu’il peut être difficile de choisir la bonne taille lorsqu’on achète en ligne.
Tous les items achetés en rabais - ne sont ni échangeables, ni remboursables (Vente finale )
-Tous les Vêtements à prix régulier sont échangeables contre une note de crédit (Certificat cadeau) sur la boutique en ligne. Non remboursable.
-L'échange doit être demandé au plus tard 7 jours après la réception du produit.
-Le produit ne doit pas avoir été lavé, porté, brisé ou endommagé.
-Le transport d'échange est pris en charge par le client.
-Le transport n'est pas remboursable. Aucun échange sur les accessoires, ni remboursement.
- Les FRAIS DE DOUANES sont payés par le client. (s'il y a lieu)

Return conditions
We hope you are happy with your purchases, but we understand that it can be difficult to choose the right size when shopping online.
All items purchased on discount - are neither exchangeable nor refundable (Final sale)
-All regular priced clothing can be exchanged for a credit note (gift certificate) on the online store. Non refundable.
-The exchange must be requested no later than 7 days after receipt of the product.
-The product must not have been washed, worn, broken or damaged.
-Exchange transportation is borne by the customer.
-Transportation is not refundable. No exchange on accessories, no refund.
- CUSTOMS FEES are paid by the customer. (If it's happened)

2. Inscrivez votre numéro de commande et votre code postale sur le portail de retour.
3. Votre échange sera traitée selon sa situation.
4. vous recevrez par le portail votre code du certificat cadeau de la valeur de votre échange (note de crédit) lorsque nous traiterons votre retour (suite à la réception de votre retour)
L'échange peux être traité entre 1 et 10 jours ouvrables suite à la réception.
*Les taxes seront ajoutées à la carte cadeau suite à au traitement de votre échange.

2. Enter your order number and postal code on the returns portal.
3. Your exchange will be processed according to its situation.
4. you will receive your gift certificate code for the value of your exchange (credit note) through the portal when we process your return (following receipt of your return)
The exchange can be processed between 1 and 10 business days following receipt.
*Taxes will be added to the gift card following processing of your exchange.

3. Vous devez envoyer une photo et une explication. Selon votre situation de défaut ou mauvais item reçu, vous recevrez gratuitement un coupon de transport pour le retour du produit. (Chaque situation est géré différemment)
4. vous recevrez par le portail votre code du certificat cadeau de la valeur de votre échange (note de crédit) pour obtenir un nouveau produit.
L'échange peux être traité entre 1 et 10 jours ouvrables suite à la réception.

DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE - RECEIPT OF THE WRONG ITEM

3. You must send a photo and an explanation. Depending on your defect situation or wrong item received, you will receive a free transport coupon for the return of the product. (Each situation is handled differently)
4. you will receive through the portal your gift certificate code for the value of your exchange (credit note) to obtain a new product.
